UK Delivery charge
per parcel the following charges apply:-

Up to £20 of goods = £1.80
Up to £50 of goods = £2.30
Up to £80 of goods = £2.80

At this point goods are more often than not are having to be sent by courier so slightly higher charges apply:-
Up to £120 of goods = £4.00
Up to £160 of goods = £5.75


Packaging
All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.

Stock
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within a working day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.

If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
